Eligibility
To make a purchase from our website, you must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid credit/debit card or other approved payment method.
Orders & Payments
All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT unless otherwise stated.
Orders are subject to availability and confirmation of payments.
We reserve the right to refuse any order at our discretion.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will offer a replacement or credit in accordance with your statutory rights.
Intellectual Property
All content on this site, including branding, imagery, and product design, is the property of The Ebon Label and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit any content without prior written consent.
Promotions & Discount Codes
Only one promotional code can be used per order unless specified. Discount codes may have expiry dates and other limitations. We reserve the right to cancel promotions at any time.
Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use of our website or products. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

Pre-Order
How Pre-Orders Work
Reserving an item in advance before it is in stock.
Estimated dispatch dates are listed on the product page and may be subject to change. We’ll notify you of any significant delays.
Payment is taken at checkout to secure your item.
Shipping Timelines
Once your pre-ordered item is ready, it will be shipped using your selected delivery method. If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, we may ship them separately at no extra cost.
Pre-Order Returns
Pre-order items are eligible for store credit or replacement under the same conditions as standard returns.
Please note: By placing a pre-order, you agree to wait for the estimated dispatch timeframe. These pieces are made in limited runs — thank you for your patience and support.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love every piece from Ebon Label — but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Return Policy
We currently offer store credit or a replacement item for eligible returns. At this time, we do not offer refunds.
To be eligible:
- within 14 days of delivery.
- unworn, unused, and in original packaging with all tags attached.
How to Request a Return
Please email us at hello@ebonlabel.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions.
You are responsible for return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Store Credit or Replacement
Once we’ve received and inspected your return:
- store credit via a digital gift card, or replacement item (subject to availability).
Ebon Label reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our conditions.
Incorrect Shipping Address
You are responsible for your order if you enter the wrong shipping address. Please email us immediately if you enter information incorrectly, we will update your order if it has not been shipped yet.
However, we are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged during shipping.
